The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being the legal representatives of deceased Ram Sangappa Hengane i.e. the sole respondent / claimant, who admittedly died on 15/03/2012, by condoning delay of 1777 days. Considering the right to defend, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause- B and C.
