Learned Advocates S/Shri Kulkarni and Bedre submits that the applicants are the real brothers of the petitioner Popat Mahadu, who has passed away and L.Rs. are on record. They, therefore, do not object addition of the applicants as the respondents. 2.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The petitioners shall array the two applicants herein namely Yedu Mahadu Gunjal and Bhagwanta Mahadu Gunjal as respondent Nos. 2 and 3, within a period of three weeks from today.
