Shri Dhongade, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant M.S.R.T.C. has deposited the entire amount of compensation in terms of order dated 15th February, 2021. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents, there shall be a stay in terms of prayer Clause 'B ' of the application till hearing and final disposal of the appeal.

Prayer Clause 'B' reads as under :

"B) Pending hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal the judgment and award passed by the Learned Member of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Parbhani in M.A.C.P. No. 165 of 2018 dated 20.01.2020 may kindly be stayed."
