None for the applicants. WP No.3225/1991 is listed for final hearing for quite some time. Matter has been adjourned on several occasions. The record and proceedings have been received by this Court and the same has been noted on 20/11/2014. 2.

By this civil application, the applicants, who are original petitioners desire to place on record certain documents, which according to the applicants would assist this Court in the proper adjudication of the writ petition.

For the reasons set out in the application and upon hearing the khs/Jan. 2015/9508-14

learned Advocate for the respondents Mr.Bedre, this civil application is allowed. Documents sought to be placed on record by the applicants shall accordingly be placed with a short affidavit in WP No.3225/1991 within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today. 4.

An additional affidavit, if felt necessary, be filed by the respondents. Parties may note that since the petition is old, no further adjournments will be granted.
