Both the Civil Applications are preferred by the applicant to bring on record legal heirs of respondent no.2A Manjushabai @ Manjulabai Bahiru Shinde who expired on 16.5.2019. In support of averments in the applications, death certificate of respondent no.2A is filed on record. It is evident from the death certificate that respondent no.2A expired on 16.5.2019. Both the Civil Applications are filed on 13.8.2019 and are within limitation.

Considering above and by virtue of the provisions under Chapter II Rule 3 sub rule (i) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, the applications are allowed. The necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
