Mr. Gandhi, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have already withdrawn the Wakf Suit bearing No.70/2015. In the light of that, nothing would remain in the present civil revision application. In case, the present respondents/original plaintiff in the Wakf Suit moves the Civil Court, the present applicants would have all the defences open and right to file any such application as is permissible.

Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
