Heard. The application tendered by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is stated to be pending with the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kandhar. The petitioner contends that his father has received tribe certificate from the Competent Authority. In the circumstances, it would be open for the concerned SubDivisional Officer to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner and the concerned Authority is directed to take decision on is own merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one week from today and it is directed accordingly.
