Present application is filed for withdrawal of remaining 25% amount of compensation.

Learned advocate for acquiring body has strongly opposed the application contending that claimant has already withdrawn 75% amount of compensation and if the application is allowed, nothing would survive in the first appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
