In view of the availability of alternate remedy for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, the instant writ petition need not be entertained.

The petitioner may tender the appeal to the Scrutiny Committee within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner tenders the appeal within the period as stipulated above, the Scrutiny Committee shall decide the same within a period of four weeks from its presentation of the appeal.

The College Authorities, where the petitioner has been admitted, shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner on the ground on his failure to submit the caste certificate for a period of two months from today and appropriate steps can be taken subject to result of the appeal that would be presented by the petitioner.
