The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he has filed Writ Petition Stamp No.30073/2022 for direction to the Civil Jude, Senior Division to decide Special Civil Suit No.68/2018 within a period of six months as the petitioner is facing financial hardships. The said writ petition was dismissed on account of non-removal of office objection by order dated 13/02/2023. He submits that the applicant's Advocate did not notice the matter, and thereafter, he could not remove the office objection as there was delay in obtaining clear copies of certain documents. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he has now received the clear copies of the documents.

In view of the submissions made, the order dated 13/02/2023, passed in Writ Petition Stamp No.30073/2022, by the Registrar Judicial, is quashed and set aside. The writ petition stands restored. 3.

The application is disposed of.
