Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are personally present in the Court. An unconditional apology has been tendered and it is specifically stated that the order at issue has been fully complied with.

Mr.Shelke, learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioner submits on instructions that the order has been complied with and the petition can be disposed of.
