Petitioner No.1 is the father of two siblings, who are Petitioner Nos.2 and 3. They all have put-forth their claims of belonging to Thakur Scheduled Tribe. These claims are pending validation proceedings. The learned AGP submits that the hearing in the matter has been posted on 12.09.2024. He submits that if the Petitioners cooperate, a decision would be delivered in their proceedings by 15.10.2024. All the Petitioners agree to participate in the said proceedings as per the schedule proposed. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The Petitioners would not seek adjournment in the pending proceedings and render wholehearted cooperation.
