The petitioners seek direction against respondent nos.4 and 5 to submit proposals seeking approval to the appointment of petitioners.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 3.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel appears for respondent nos.4 and 5 and submits that respondent nos.4 and 5 would submit proposals seeking approval to the appointment of petitioners as Shikshan Sevak within a period of 15 days. The said statement is accepted.

After the proposals are received, the authorities shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months. 5.

In view of the above, writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
