The petitioner is before us because his tribe claim is pending adjudication at the hands of the Scrutiny Committee. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the Committee would decide petitioner's proposal within a period of three (03) weeks from today. Statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court and the writ petition is disposed of.
