Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGP and the learned Counsel for respondent no.4.

The revision is filed by the petitioner in August - 2021 against the order of the Commissioner of State Excise, Mumbai passed in favour of respondent no.4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the stay petition is also filed, the same is not yet decided.

The petitioner and respondent no.4 shall appear before respondent no.5 on 27-10-2021.

The petitioner shall give the papers and the documents of the revision filed, to the learned counsel for respondent no.4 today itself. 5.

Respondent no.4 shall appear and file say to the stay petition on or before 01-11-2021.

Thereafter, Respondent No.5 - the Principal Secretary after hearing both the parties shall decide the stay petition, preferably within one month.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
