After hearing for some time, this Court finds, as pointed out by the learned AGP, that there is alternative remedy. The petitioner can avail the remedy of revision before the learned Divisional Commissioner challenging the order passed by the Collector, Jalgaon. 2.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order by filing appropriate proceedings before the authorities. 3.

Needless to say that, the time consumed in prosecuting this Writ Petition shall be excluded while considering the question of delay. [KISHORE C. SANT, J.]
