ORAL ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that, all the respondents are served and affidavit of service has also been filed. Statement is accepted. Except the learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent No.5 and 6, other respondents are absent.

We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.P. and have also perused the averments made in the Civil Application. The applicant has made out a case for

C.A. No.2853/2016 restoration of Writ Petition and recall of the order dated 25/8/2014. We, therefore, pass the following order :

ORDER

(i) For the reasons recorded in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B). No order as to costs.

(ii) Interim relief, if any, in force on the date of dismissal of the Writ Petition, is also restored.
