The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent No.1 submits that the impugned order can be challenged before the State authority as the second revision is maintainable in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra, [2015 (6) Mh.L.J.915]. 2.

In view of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the respondents, petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition to challenge the same before the appropriate authority.
