This is an application for withdrawal of amount. Earlier this Court had passed an order on 07th December, 2012, permitting applicants to withdraw Rs. 50,000/- each. The applicants have received 50% amount from the other insurance company. 2.

Considering the aforesaid aspect, the application cannot be considered. The civil application is disposed of. 3.

Fix the appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 08th, February, 2016.
