Applicant/victim has approached this Court seeking permission for termination of unwanted pregnancy. It is informed that inadvertently name of the victim was recorded in the petition as well as on other accompaniments. Instant application is presented seeking permission in respect of non-disclosure of name of the victim.

Considering the nature of litigation, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed.

Petitioner is also seeking leave to substitute memorandum of petition, synopsis, index of the petition as well as other documents. Leave to substitute memorandum of petition, synopsis and index is granted. Office is directed to substitute the hard copies of the orders passed earlier by this Court and substitute 'X' in the place of name of petitioner. Electronic record shall have to be corrected accordingly by erasing name of the petitioner. 5.

Copies of the orders passed earlier together with memorandum of petition, synopsis and index presented by petitioner while presenting the petition shall be put in the sealed cover under the signature of the Registrar (Judicial) and shall not be permitted to be opened without liberty of the Court. 6.
