By this application, the original petitioner prays for extension of only one week's time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 18/07/2018. It is submitted that the amount of Rs.1,97,524/- would be deposited in this Court today itself as the cheque dated 14/08/2018 bearing No.197422 was ready to be deposited and due to inadvertence, it was not deposited earlier. 2.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. The Kranti Hansraj Shekatkar applicant shall deposit the cheque in this Court by the end of 06/09/2018.
