The learned Counsel for the review petitioner submits that in fact, the petitioner's claim is that petitioner has become Full Time Librarian w.e.f. 1997 and as such, was entitled for pay-scale of Full Time Librarian. The present petition is disposed of in a group of petitions dealing with pay-scale of Part Time Librarian. According to learned Counsel, the case of the petitioner was for grant of pay-scale from 1997 of the post of Full Time Librarian. 2.

We have heard learned A.G.P.

It appears that the case of the petitioner is different than the one decided on 1.9.2014 i.e. Writ Petition no.1129 of 2013 and connected petitions.

Considering the aforesaid anomaly, the order dated 1.9.2014 is recalled to the extent of Writ Petition No.2804 of 2013. Writ Petition No.2804 of 2013 be placed before the appropriate Bench. 5.

Review Petition disposed of.
