PER COURT :- The petitioners secured admission to Diploma of Pharmacy course at Kamala Neharu Polytechnic Pharmacy College in the year 1999. They could not pass examination for number of years and were prevented to appear for examination in the year 2000. Petitioner No.1 approached this Court, seeking direction to respondents to allow him to appear for examination, scheduled in the year 2000. The Court permitted him to appear, however, in spite of appearing, he could not succeed. The petitioners moved the respondents seeking permission for appearing for the examination. However, they were not permitted to appear. After 2000 till the year 2016 within a period of 16 years, the petitioners could not complete the course. It is informed that the course for which the petitioners secured admission, itself has been closed now and is not being operated by the respondents. The request made in the instant petition, as such does not deserve consideration. The writ petition is devoid of substance and hence stands dismissed.
