Learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy. In view of that the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy.

All contentions are kept open.

For a period of 15 days from today, the interim relief granted earlier would continue so as to enable the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. Needless to state that after lapse of 15 days, the interim relief granted would come to an end.
