Mr Gadhe submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the respondent no.2 with regard to the appointment of respondent no.3, but no decision is taken on it.

We have heard Mr Gunale, for respondents no.4 and 5. 3.

In case the appeal is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide it on its own merits, in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within six months. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
