Heard the learned counsel for parties on Civil Application No. 10481/2017, seeking extension of protection granted by this Court vide order dated 27.7.2017 in Writ Petition No. 6906/2017 till 18.8.2017.

According to the learned counsel for the applicant, in pursuance to the liberty granted by this Court on 27.7.2017 in Writ Petition No. 6906/2017, the petitioner filed secularisation application before Debit Recovery Tribunal ('D.R.T.' for short), Pune who is incharge of D.R.T., Aurangabad. He submits that the
CA No. 10481/17 matter will be taken up by D.R.T. on 18.8.2017 for consideration of the interim relief. In the circumstance, the aforesaid prayer has been made.

The learned counsel for respondent/Bank has opposed the prayer.

However, keeping in view of the fact that the protection was granted by this Court on 27.7.2017 and the petitioner has approached D.R.T. for granting of interim relief and the matter is now fixed on 18.8.2017 before D.R.T., we allow the application in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
