By this application, the applicants who are the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, seek permission to be brought on record. On 06.09.2019, this matter was heard and notices were issued to respondents no. 5-A to 5-D. Before signing the order, it was noticed that since a civil application to bring legal heirs of the deceased petitioner was filed within time and the applicants themselves were the legal heirs, fresh notices need not be issued to the respondents.

In view of above, this matter was listed today.

I have heard learned advocates for the respective sides and the learned AGP.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The applicants shall be brought on record as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, on or before 27.09.2019. 5.
