It is stated that Marathi Daily Sakal has wide circulation in District Dhule.

This application is, therefore, allowed. Issue notice to respondent No.3, returnable on 27.4.2018. The applicant would have the notice published in Marathi Daily Sakal, Dhule edition, atleast two weeks prior to the returnable date and place a copy of the news paper on record. 4.

If the above directions are not complied with, the Writ Petition would be dismissed as against the unserved respondent without reference to the Court.
