The learned counsel for the applicants submits that, as per the direction of this Court under Order dated 3rd January 2025, he tried to establish the contact with the applicants by sending notices by R.P.A.D. However, despite receipt of these notices, the applicants failed to establish contact with him.

This Court under the aforesaid order has also directed that if the copy of the charge sheet is not filed, then the application will be dismissed. Today, the applicants have not given any instructions to their counsel. Moreover, the charge sheet is also not filed. As such, the application stands dismissed for want of steps.

The fees of learned counsel for respondent No.2 be quantified as per rules and be paid to her expeditiously.
