Both these applications are filed in their respective appeals which were filed by the original appellant Sitaram Sonu Ingale, who is no more. The present applicants in both these applications being the legal representatives of original appellant Sitaram are requesting to bring themselves on record. Both the applications are within time, hence same are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) and disposed of.
