By the present application, the applicant - petitioner seeks restoration of P.I.L. registration of which came to be refused on account of failure to

(2) C.A. No. 15782 of 2016 remove office objections, by order dated 18th July 2016, passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The applicant has also prayed for condonation of delay of 29 days caused in filing the present application.

For the reasons set out in the application, the Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated 18th July 2016, passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is recalled. The petition - Public Interest Litigation is restored to its original position, subject to removal of office objections by the applicant within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of his failure to remove office objections within six weeks, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled.
