By this application, the applicants pray for an extension of time so as to amend the petition by bringing the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, on record. By an order dated 13/09/2019, Civil Application No.10441/2019, filed by the present applicants was allowed. However, the time granted for carrying out the addition, lapsed.

The learned Counsel for the respondents do not oppose.
