This application seeks direction to the District Court to forward record of Special Civil Suit No. 1 of 2018 to the Arbitrator.

The arbitration proceedings have already commenced before the Arbitrator appointed by this Court. 4.

In that view of the matter and since innocuous relief is sought, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
