1] We have heard Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Narwadkar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 and learned AGP for respondent - State.

2] Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposals are pending with respondent no.3 for starting ANM course. The same is not yet considered by respondent no.3.

11485.21WP 3] The respondent no.3 shall consider the application of petitioner for opening ANM college in accordance with the statute, rules and regulations and perspective plan in force. The decision shall be taken by respondent no.3 / Board and the Government before start of the academic year 2022-2023. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
