The application is filed bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 1 - Vyankat Rangaro Shinde, who admittedly died on 01.06.2023 by condoning the delay of 357 days. There is no oppose to the application by the other side, since the settlement has taken place between the parties. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' and accordingly disposed of.
