Heard Mr. Ambetkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Paranjape, learned counsel for respondent no.4.

The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Higher Secondary Teacher for Class 9th to 12th in Physics subject from EWS (women) category. The learned counsel submits that, the same is also recommended by respondent no.3.

The petitioner has given representation to respondent no.2 to consider her claim. The same appears to be pending with respondent no.2.

In case, said representation of the petitioner (Page No.55) is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months.
