The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is selected for retail outlet dealership. The petitioner is not issued with the letter of intent only because the validity certifcate is not yet submitted.

The learned counsel submits that the validation proceedings is pending since September, 2020. The vigilance is not yet conducted.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 25th October, 2021. The committee shall thereafter endevour to decide the proceedings within six months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. 6.
