The learned Counsel for the appellant has filed a pursis along with the xerox copy of the compromise deed executed between the appellants and the respondent before the Lok-Adalat on 11.12.2021 in execution proceeding i.e. R.D. No.20 of 2013. The fact of entering into a compromise between the parties has not been denied by the respondent. The said pursis is taken on record and marked as Exh. "X" for identification.
