Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the main proceedings in Enquiry Nos. 1547 of 2011 and 124 of 2012 have been finally decided by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad by judgment dated 23.6.2017. An interlocutory order dated 8.8.2016 below Exhibit 94 is the subject matter of this petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that he would resort to a legal remedy for challenging the above stated judgment. 3.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed off as being infructuous. Needless to state, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail of an available legal remedy.
