Ms. S.L. Parasambal, learned Advocate holding for learned Advocate Shri V.D. Gunale submits that R.C.S. No. 51 of 2008 has been decided on 31-12-2014 by the Trial Court. As such, the petitioners would be resorting to a legal remedy as is available in law.

She, therefore, submits that this petition could be disposed off as being infructuous. Learned Advocate for respondent No. 1 does not oppose the said request.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed off as being infructuous. Needless to state, since I have not considered this petition in the light of the subsequent events, disposal of this petition shall not come in the way of the petitioners for resorting to a legal remedy, as is available in law, in relation to the judgment dated 31-12-2014 delivered by the Trial Court in R.C.S. No. 51 of 2008.
