Affidavit is filed by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. As per the respondents, the post at Nalegaon is vacant of primary graduate teacher and the petitioner can be posted at the said place. 2.

Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to join at Nalegaon on the vacant post. 3.

In the light of that, writ petition is disposed of. The respondents shall give posting order to the petitioner in the school at Nalegaon within a period of 15 days. Writ petition is accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
