This is an application for recalling the order passed by this Court on 17.4.2015 directing dismissal of the Writ Petition in the event of failure of the petitioners to remove the office objections within stipulated time. The petitioners contend that, because of certain difficulties, they could not remove the office objections within time stipulated. As such, the Registrar directed dismissal of the petition in terms of the order passed by this Court on 17.4.2015. 2.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and same is allowed. The conditional order passed

C.A. No.11972/2015 by this Court on 17.4.2015 and the consequential order passed by the Registrar is set aside. The writ petition is restored to its original number. Delay occurred in presenting the Application is condoned. The petitioners shall remove the office objections on or before 5th February 2016.
