1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by order dated 18th August, 2023, this Court permitted the petitioners to deposit the amount of Rs.25,00,000/- in this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have deposited the aforesaid amount in this Court.

2] The learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5 submits that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 may be permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount, and also, to direct the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Aurangabad to decide the Revision Application No. 63 of 2023 on its own merits.

10107.23WP 3] In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.4 and 5, the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Aurangabad is directed to decide the Revision Application No.63 of 2023 on its own merits, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4] The parties are directed to co-operative in deciding the aforesaid Revision Application.

5] The respondent nos.4 and 5 are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount.

6] During pendency of the Revision Application, there shall be stay to the recovery certificate dated 02.02.2022 issued by the respondent no.2.

7] In view of above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
