Perused the impugned award. The challenge is on quantum and contributory negligence, as well. In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount in deposit, with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar. 3.
