The petitioner is anxious that in spite of having scored well at NEET-UG-2023 her proposal is pending with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee and is not being decided.

We had requested the learned AGP to ascertain the status of the petitioner's proposal. He points out that the proposal itself was filed as late as on 23.05.2023 and still the vigilance inquiry is to be conducted. 1/2

Considering the above aspects since the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may take a chance to get some admission in the third round or the mop up round, we dispose of the writ petition by requesting the Committee to make endeavour to decide the proposal finally by 24.08.2023.
