The learned counsel for applicant is present. Other side is absent. The respondent, present applicant is interested in early hearing of the matters as interim relief is given by this Court and it is contended that hearing was not given to respondent and he is old man of 86 years. In view of these submissions, the applications filed for fixing early date of hearing are allowed and disposed of. The matters are to be listed for final hearing on 7.7.2016. The learned counsel for respondent undertakes to inform the date to other side.
