Applicant seeks to condone the delay of 332 days caused in filing the appeal against judgment and award dated 21st June 2023 in MACP No.87 of 2020. Inspite of service of notice, none appears for Respondents. After going through the reasons as stated in paragraphs 4 to 6, sufficient cause to condone the delay is discernible. 3.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed. The delay of 332 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered, subject to removal of office objections.
