PER COURT :- 1.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicant,on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. However, she requests this Court to expedite the trial considering long standing pendency of the Sessions Case.

The report regarding progress of the trial was called from the learned Sessions Judge, Nanded. It is indicated that the trial in Sessions Case No.117 of 2020 is part heard and three witnesses have been examined so far. In a counter case i.e. SC No.3 of 2023 two witnesses have been examined.

Permission granted. Bail application is disposed off as withdrawn. Considering the status of the criminal cases, learned Sessions Judge is requested to make endeavor to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

The applicant would be at liberty to move afresh for grant of bail in case the trial could not be concluded within the stipulated period.
