The learned counsel Mr. Patil, causes an appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, who are the original claimants. The respondent No. 5 and 6 who are the owner and driver of the alleged offending vehicle, though served but remained absent. 2.

Heard the rival submissions.

The application is for condonation of delay of only 12 days. There is no strong objection from other side. As such, delay of 12 days in filing this appeal stands condoned. Appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any. Application Accordingly is disposed of.
