Heard learned Counsel for applicants and learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that, deceased Bhanudas Bhimaji Shelke fled application for withdrawal of compensation amount and this Court has permitted withdrawal of amount by order dated 27th July, 2022. But the applicant therein Bhanudas Bhimaji Shelke is died. His heirs and legal representatives are taken on Pooja K.

{2} 923-CA-13586-2022 record. Inadvertently, names of heirs and legal representatives did not mention in the said civil application. Hence, requested to modify the order, mentioning the names of legal representatives of Bhanudas Bhimaji Shelke.

Considering the submissions of all the learned Counsel as well as reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
